Blue Kyanite Raw Crystal Cluster (AA Grade) Ethically Sourced from Brazil

This is one of the best batches of blue kyanite we have ever come across. Finding crystals with such an intense blue color is challenging, as most of the material being produced is quite pale in comparison and tends to be contain some level of iron staining. This variety is absolutely incredible and shows a high level of translucency and iridescence, and is nearly absent of any iron surface deposits. These specimens have a beautiful crystal clear quartz matrix holding the delicate kyanite blades together. In some pieces if you look closely you may find small amounts of burgundy colored garnet. Normally blue kyanite can be notoriously splintery to handle, however through our natural cleaning and polishing processes we have removed a significant amount of those prickly crystal shards. While these kyanite crystals should be handled with care as they can still shed small amounts of crystals, the difference between these and unworked specimens is night and day.
